I use systems thinking techniques to predict the causal impact of systems change, combined with workshop and research techniques to ensure an evidence based 'best for all' approach to service delivery.

Experience Design

I design and prototype both on and off screen experiences. I have studied and performed experience design roles for many years now, for public/private sector and art.

Business Analysis

I identify opportunity and strategically align the delivery of solutions.


I enable teams to activate a collaborative, experience centric practice where communication of human needs and business outcomes drive delivery.


I work embedded within a team as a freelancer or grow your team's existing capabilities through leadership consultancy.

My core strength is service design for human facing services, including experience design and business analysis. I've designed and consulted for a multitude of public and private sector organisations.
